pa'vo' yi'JAH
this project is the `heartchild' of lars RO and
Rob VIOLA.
pa'vo' yi'JAH means "get out of the room!" in klingon. i kid you not.
lars: drums, tuned down electric guitar.
rob: e. guitar, casio.
they have recorded 3 tracks so far. "smart smart jethro" has
just been released on p.m.r. cassette compilation #3, L'Automobile The
Car. "the beep of a microwave oven or the cry of a
seagull?" is on p.m.r. cassette compilation #2, Au Foyer At
Home. it is unfortunately cut off though, so you miss the
triumphant ending. you'll just have to wait for a pa'vo' yi'JAH
tape. their latest track will be appearing on p.m.r. cassette compilation #5, which might actually be released on CD instead of cassette (as
usual).
lars is currently in denmark (mostly), whereas rob is in NYC. for those of
you who don't know yet, there's this big lake-like thing in between which
makes it tough for the pa'vo' to yi'JAH, if you know what i mean.
